Yes, I love to dream, who
doesn't? But without some sort of "Extra Curricular"
money making activity...Most peoples dream fizzle out and
their "Fun Stuff" money becomes their coffin money and who
can live with that.
Maybe wholesaling isn't
your ideal "Extra curricular" money activity...But I'll tell
you this, make sure you find something that is.....
Yes, Heavens going to be
really cool...But let's take a slice of it and bring it
down here to earth for the short time that were here!
Lastly, see the pic of my
Vette up above? While shortly after buying that
car my Father in law decided if a youngster like me could
buy his dream car...While he should get his too.
He bought the exact same
car. A car he was going to put off getting till
retirement. I'd like to think my "Little Vette
encouragement" got him to stop waiting and start
living...
I'm glad because just 2
weeks after retiring and 2 years after buying his Vette he
was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and died 6 months
later....If he would have "Waited till retirement"....His
dream car wouldn't have been.
I miss him, but I can still
see that smug grin on his face the day he pulled up in his

me. Before I get to telling you what wholesaling is to me, I
need to let you know a bit about myself.
I have always been interested in real estate
investing but seemed to be reaching a block in the road when it
came to following through on what to do or where to start. There
are just way to many options. I spent a lot of time in the
online forums trying to learn as much as I could about real
estate investing. After a lot of reading and research I decided
